Digital service
InvySmart is a digital subscription service. Access is delivered electronically after successful payment and is tied to your account.
How to cancel
- Web/Android: subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Cancel to stop future renewals.
- iOS: subscriptions are managed via Apple In‑App Purchase in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refund principles
- We aim to be fair and consistent while preventing abuse.
- Refunds are subject to applicable laws and the payment platform’s rules (Stripe or Apple).
- We cannot refund charges that must be handled directly by Apple under Apple’s policies.
When refunds may be approved
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charge (for example, double-billing for the same period).
- Material technical failure on our side that prevents access to paid features for an extended period and we are unable to remedy within a reasonable time.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
When refunds are typically not approved
- Change of mind after using the service, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes or investment performance.
- Requests after a significant portion of the billing period has elapsed, except where required by law.
- Violations of Terms (for example abuse, fraud, or misuse) leading to suspension/termination.
How to request a refund
Email with your account email, date of charge, plan, and your order/subscription reference (Stripe/Apple). Include a brief description and screenshots if relevant.
Processing times
We typically respond within a few business days. If approved, refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank (often 5–10 business days).
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may be unable to restore access until the dispute is resolved. We encourage contacting support to resolve billing issues quickly.
